- What is the return policy?
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, you will need to ship your items back to our warehouse and you will receive a store credit. Due to suppliers being out of the country, it usually costs more to return then the purchase of a product for that reason we only offer store credit.

- There is only one shipping option for Free Shipping.
- What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
- There are no international taxes & duties that will be collected separately. All taxes are based on your State, Local & County ordinances.
- When will I receive my order?
- Due to products being shipping internationally, there can be extended waiting periods to receive your order. Tracking numbers will be provided and able to be search on our Track your Order page. Typically, products are received approximately 20-22 days or 3 weeks after ordering.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
- You can return your damaged or defective item, for a full refund or replacement. The item must be in the same condition & packaging as received in order to be eligible for a full refund accompanied by proof of purchase receipt. Please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. - Yes, as long as your order has not been fulfilled yet.
